We are seeking a creative Graphic Designer with expertise in designing, video editing and digital marketing to join our team
The Graphic Designer will be responsible for developing visually compelling designs, creating engaging digital marketing assets, and editing videos that effectively communicate our brand message to our target audience
The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with a strong understanding of design principles, video editing techniques and digital marketing strategies
This role requires a high level of proficiency in graphic design software and video editing tools
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to develop creative concepts and design solutions that align with our brand identity and marketing objectives.
Create visually appealing designs for various digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, advertisements, brochures, infographics, and presentations.
Develop and maintain brand guidelines to ensure consistency in design across all marketing channels.
Design and optimize digital marketing assets, such as display ads, social media posts, email newsletters, and landing pages, to drive engagement and conversions.
Implement digital marketing strategies and best practices to enhance the effectiveness of visual designs and ensure alignment with marketing goals.
Edit and enhance videos for marketing purposes, including promotional videos, tutorials, and product demos, using video editing software.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in graphic design, digital marketing, and video editing, and incorporate innovative techniques and technologies into projects.
Conduct research and gather relevant information to inform the design process
Maintain an organized archive of design assets, videos, and marketing materials.
Manage multiple design projects, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or in a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of design projects, digital marketing assets, and video editing work.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, After Effects, Renderforest, Invideo).
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout composition.
Strong visual and conceptual thinking abilities.
In-depth knowledge of digital marketing strategies, platforms, and best practices, including social media marketing.
Experience in creating engaging digital marketing assets and optimizing designs for conversion.
Proficient in video editing techniques, including trimming, transitions, effects, audio syncing, and color correction.
Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
Knowledge of current trends in graphic design, digital marketing, and video editing, with a passion for staying updated on emerging technologies and techniques.
Strong time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects and marketing campaigns simultaneously.
Familiarity with web design WordPress, UX/UI principles, and motion graphics is a plus
