As a Factory Medical Officer, you will be responsible for providing medical care and guidance to our employees within the factory premises. Your primary role will involve conducting medical examinations, diagnosing illnesses, and providing appropriate treatments. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining accurate medical records, organizing health awareness programs, and ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations. • Conduct medical examinations and assessments of factory employees
• Diagnose and treat work-related illnesses and injuries
• Prescribe medications and provide appropriate medical treatments
• Maintain accurate and detailed medical records of each employee
• Collaborate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with occupational health and safety regulations

• MBBS degree and a valid medical license
• Proven work experience as a Medical Officer or similar role
• Knowledge of occupational healthcare and safety regulations
• Strong clinical skills and ability to diagnose and treat various health conditions
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and make sound medical decisions
