Job Summary

The Renewal Quoting team is responsible for helping Renewal Specialists and Customer Success Managers identify and execute on sales opportunities and provide renewal quotations for the Hybrid Cloud and Public Cloud customers. As a Sales Support Manager, you are responsible for handling a specific geo quoting team, track, improve efficiencies and processes within sales renewal quoting team. The renewal quoting team is accountable of enabling success of renewal AOP for NetApp. The Manager, Sales Support plays a pivotal role to lead the Quoting Specialists and support the Renewal Specialists and Customer Success team in the specific geo and requires someone with excellent relationship building skills, an understanding of corporate-wide objectives, and a keen analytical orientation.
This req is for EMEA Quoting manager and the candidate will need to work in EMEA work hours (2pm IST to 11pm IST)

Job Requirements

Solid understanding of Quoting, sales processes and objectives, as related to product sales and support.
A demonstrated ability to manage professional level employees.
Work collaboratively with other Managers in other geos within your department and provide direction to team leads and the quoting specialists.

Your areas of responsibilities are as follows:
Lead a dynamic renewal quoting processes of NetApp products and services, and other related technologies, to manage the activities of the renewal quoting
Maintain relationships with Renewal Specialists and Customer Success teams to ensure timely, accurate, and prompt renewal pipeline and forecast submissions.
Work closely with Renewals Center of Excellence and Customer Success teams to simplify Quoting process.
Manage Entry level to mid-senior level employees to create, manage renewal quotes for Hybrid and Public Cloud Products and enable smooth communication with Renewal Specialists and Customer Success teams.
Provide support to the other Geo leaders within the team as needed for specific projects and analyses/reports.
Establish operational objectives and work plans, and delegate assignments to subordinate Team leads.
Develop, modify and execute company policies that will positively affect immediate operations.
Take responsibility of results, quality, productivity and SLA of the quoting operations in your geo.
Utilizes people skills and available manager tools to positively impact the development of subordinates within their role and career

Education

A minimum of 6 years of experience as an individual contributor and 1 to 5 years as a people manager is required.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Bachelor's Degree from an accredited college or university, or equivalent work experience
Excellent organizational and leadership skills and problem solving capabilities.
Experience in developing programs and processes that directly create customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Renewal Quoting experience is a plus
