Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Business Development Manager at Abuzz Advertising and Services located in Gurugram. The Senior Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing new business strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, and collaborating with the creative and operations teams to deliver successful campaigns. Day-to-day tasks may also include conducting market research, preparing proposals, attending networking events, and reporting to senior management. Qualifications Proven track record of successful business development in the advertising or related industry Experience in negotiating and closing deals Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to think strategically and creatively Excellent organizational and time management skills Ability to lead a team and work collaboratively across departments Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field Experience in event management and/or client servicing is a plus Familiarity with CRM software and data analysisJob tags
