Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Manager at Shubh Foods Industries Pvt Ltd in Thane. The Sales Manager will be responsible for managing sales operations, identifying business opportunities, creating sales strategies, leading and motivating the sales team, and meeting sales targets. The Sales Manager will also be responsible for customer relationship management, market research, and providing excellent customer service.
Qualifications
- Sales and Business Development skills, including experience in B2B sales of about 2 years to 10 years.
- Leadership and Team Management skills, including experience in managing and motivating a sales team.
- Communication and Interpersonal skills, including excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
- Marketing and Market Research skills, including experience in conducting market research and analysis to identify business opportunities and create effective sales strategies.
- Negotiation and Closing skills, including experience in negotiating contracts and closing deals
- Organizational and Time Management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Experience in the food industry is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
