Job Overview We are seeking a skilled and knowledgeable MIS Manager to join our team at NeXjob.in. As the MIS Manager, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining the Management Information Systems of our organization. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in MIS and possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. This is a mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of experience. The job location is Gurgaon, Haryana, India, and the employment type is Full-Time.
Qualifications And Skills - Bachelor's degree in Management Information Systems or related field
- 4 to 6 years of experience in MIS or related role
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications
- Advanced knowledge of MIS concepts and tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaborate with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of data security measures
Roles And Responsibilities - Develop and maintain Management Information Systems (MIS) for the organization
- Create and update databases to store and retrieve information as needed
- Analyze complex data sets and generate reports for management
- Identify trends and patterns in data to support strategic decision-making
- Ensure data integrity and accuracy through regular audits
- Collaborate with different departments to understand their data needs
- Provide training and support to users of the MIS system
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technological advancements in MIS
- Troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to the MIS system
- Develop and implement data security protocols to protect confidential information
