As a Cluster Manager, your primary responsibility is to oversee and manage the operations of multiple retail stores within a designated geographical area, often referred to as a cluster. Your role involves ensuring that all stores under your supervision meet and exceed performance targets, maintain high levels of customer satisfaction, and operate efficiently and profitably. You will be responsible for coordinating and supporting store managers and their teams to achieve company objectives and maintain consistent standards across all stores.

Key Responsibilities

Store Performance Management: Monitor and analyze the performance of each store in the cluster. Set challenging yet achievable sales targets, profitability goals, and other key performance indicators (KPIs). (K Develop strategies to enhance sales, reduce costs, and increase profitability.

Team Leadership and Development: Provide guidance, support, and training to store managers and their teams. Foster a positive and motivating work environment that encourages productivity, teamwork, and employee growth. Conduct regular performance evaluations and identify training needs.

Operational Efficiency: Ensure all stores adhere to operational policies, procedures, and best practices. Streamline processes, inventory management, and visual merchandising standards to maximize operational efficiency and enhance the customer experience.

Customer Experience: Uphold high levels of customer service and satisfaction across all stores. Implement strategies to improve customer engagement and resolve customer complaints effectively. Monitor customer feedback and make necessary adjustments to enhance the overall shopping experience.

Inventory and Merchandising: Collaborate with the merchandising team to maintain optimal stock levels, inventory turnover, and effective visual merchandising displays. Ensure the availability of products in demand while minimizing excess stock and markdowns.

Budgeting and Financial Management: Develop and manage budgets for each store and the cluster as a whole. Monitor expenses and financial performance, taking necessary actions to achieve budgetary goals and maximize profitability.

Compliance and Legal: Ensure all stores comply with local, state, and federal regulations, as well as company policies. Implement security measures to safeguard assets and prevent theft or shrinkage.

Market Analysis: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences. Use market insights to make informed decisions and respond to changing market conditions effectively.

Communication: Facilitate effective communication between the head office and store teams. Share important updates, changes in policies, and other relevant information to keep the entire cluster informed and aligned with company objectives.

Expansion and New Store Openings: Play a key role in identifying potential locations for new store openings and assist in the successful setup and launch of new stores in the cluster.

Education/Experience

Any mobile background with experience in Area Manager / Cluster Manager designation but not from any channel sales or distribution. Budget will increase if the person is experienced in iPhone mobile sales

Qualification - Minimum Graduate

Experience - Must have experience in Mobile sales for at least 3-4 years. Must be presentable & fluent in English.

Age - Within 45 yrs.
