Role Description This is a full-time on-site role located in New Delhi for a Generalist - Growth & Strategy. The Generalist - Growth & Strategy will be responsible for day-to-day tasks associated with developing and executing growth strategies for BimaPay. Duties will include analyzing market trends, conducting research, identifying business opportunities, leading company-wide initiatives, and developing strategic partnerships. They will be directly working with the Founder & CEO in the Founder's Office. Qualifications Experience in business strategy, market research, and analysis Strong project management and leadership skills Ability to work collaboratively with teams and stakeholders Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to operate in a fast-paced and dynamic environment Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field Experience in the fintech industry is a plusJob tags
