Position Title:
Senior Manager, R&D – Adhesives Work Location: Turbhe, Navi Mumbai Responsible for leading the R&D efforts in adhesive technology, driving innovation, and developing new products to meet market demands. This role requires strong leadership skills, technical expertise in adhesive chemistry, and a proven track record of successful product development within the adhesive industry. Key Responsibilities: • Apply technical domain knowledge for the development of new products as identified by market insights, in close coordination with the Marketing/Sales Teams. • Design and monitor progress on application & testing of new products and modifications/enhancements of existing products. • Establish procedures and processes in alignment with ISO certified standards. • Partner with plant personnel for the successful scale-up of new products to be introduced in the designated markets. • Provide the support and inputs for maintenance of lab records and related documents in digitize form. • In partnership with process engineering team, prepare the operating procedure and recipe in standard format for issuing it to plant. • Identify and document hazard associated with Raw Materials, Process, Experimental & Finished Products. Desired Experience & Qualifications: • Masters/Ph. D from reputed Institute in Polymer Chemistry • Experience: 10+ years relevant research experience • Proficiency in using digitize operation. • Ability to think creatively and translate innovative ideas through execution.Job tags
