Required Candidate profile
5- 9 years of full lifecycle US IT Recruiting / Talent Acquisition experience focused on recruiting Information Technology professionals
Experience engaging with, assessing, and recruiting technology professionals
Well-versed with job boards (Dice/Monster/Linkedin) and ATS (JobDiva preferred)
Require direct client work experience.
Ability to source Active and passive talent through market research, designing Boolean search strings, and crafting messages that will resonate with tech talent
You are flexible and adaptable in your approach to work.
Comfortable working independently and with a can-do attitude.
Knowledge of various technical stacks.
Deep knowledge of applicable, technical sourcing techniques
Experience with a variety of sourcing strategies and research tools (i.e. - Linkedin, Boolean, GitHub, and Web)
