Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Real Estate Manager at InfraMantra located in Gurgaon. The Real Estate Manager will be responsible for property management, lease administration, leases, and real estate related tasks. The Real Estate Manager will work with both residential and commercial properties.

Qualifications
  • Strong knowledge of property management, lease administration, leases, and real estate practices
  • Experience in commercial real estate
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and real estate software
  • Ability to work independently and efficiently under pressure
  • Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, Finance, or related field
  • Professional certifications such as Certified Property Manager (CPM) or Real Property Administrator (RPA) are a plus
