Job description

Digital Marketing and Research Responsibilities: 1. Email Campaign Management: • Design, implement, and monitor email campaigns to engage target audiences and achieve organizational goals. • Analyze campaign performance metrics and optimize for better engagement and conversion. 2. Lead Generation and Data Research: • Conduct comprehensive web research to identify potential leads and gather relevant data. • Utilize advanced data mining tools and techniques to extract valuable insights for business development. 3. CRM Data Management: • Regularly review and clean up CRM data to ensure accuracy and relevance. • Update and maintain CRM records, ensuring all information is current and organized. 4. Social Media • Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling social media content/posters that align with our brand voice and values. • Monitor various social media channels to identify emerging trends, customer feedback, and potential areas for improvement. • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the effectiveness of social media campaigns. • Develop strategies to enhance social media engagement and reach. 5. Industry Trend Analysis: • Stay informed about the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to market research and social media. • Implement new strategies and tools based on industry insights to stay ahead of competitors. 6. Google Ads Monitoring: • Oversee and monitor the performance of Google Ads campaigns. • Optimize ads for better visibility, engagement, and ROI. 7. Video Monitoring: • Monitor and analyze the performance of product and social media videos. • Provide recommendations for video content improvement and optimization.

Digital Marketing and Research Technical Skills: 1. MS Office Skills: Expert in MS Excel and proficient in PowerPoint, Word 2. Email Marketing Platforms: Proficiency in tools like CRM Campaigns, Mail Chimp 3. Data Mining and Web Research: Ability to use tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush, or Ahrefs to gather relevant data. 4. CRM Systems: Experience with platforms like Zoho to manage and clean up data. 5. Social Media Management: Familiarity with platforms like Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social to monitor and analyze social media channels. 6. Analytics and Reporting: Proficiency in using analytics tools such as Zoho Analytics. Google Analytics to measure campaign effectiveness. 7. Google Ads: Knowledge of the Google Ads platform to create, monitor, and optimize ad campaigns. 8. Video Analytics: Familiarity with tools like YouTube Analytics to monitor video performance. 9. Photoshop and Video Editing: Knowledge of Canvas, Adobe photoshop and Premiere Pro Qualifications • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, strong attention to detail and a good sense of design • Experience with Market Research, Social Media Marketing and Digital Advertising • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, experience with Google Analytics, Hootsuite, or any other digital platform. • Ability to cover the basics of SEO, SEM, and website metrics. • 0 1 yrs of prior internship or experience in marketing or digital media is preferred. • Self-starter with drive and energy and excellent organizational skills • Bachelors/Masters degree in marketing, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
