What You'll Do:

As a Software Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining software solutions, contributing to the growth and success of our organization. You will work on the initiatives right from inception of ideas to design based on proof of concepts, to enable transformation of ideas into product deliverables. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Software Engineer with 5-10 years of expertise in Java, J2EE, Go Lang, MongoDB, and related technologies.

Who you are : -

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelors degree, or equivalent practical experience.
• 10+ years of experience in software development and with data structures/algorithms.
• 5 years of experience testing, and launching software products, and 3 years of experience with software design and architecture.
• Experience building and developing large-scale infrastructure, microservices, and/or experience with DevSecOps tools / technologies.

Preferred Requirements:

• Experience with one or more general purpose programming languages (e.g., Java, JavaScript, or Go)
• Experience with container orchestration systems (Kubernetes, or OpenShift)
• Experience in event streaming technologies (Kafka or RabbitMQ) and database technologies ( Oracle, Postgres, NOSQL, or Redis)
• Ambitious to learn new technology and design solutions to address Cisco's business problems.
• Passionate about delighting our internal customers, and an excellent understanding of enterprise workloads.
