Job description

Responsibilities
· Study Design Briefs and Requirements: Analyze design briefs and collaborate with teams for effective solutions.
· Conceptualize Visuals : Generate creative concepts manually or using software for effective communication.
· Layout and Production Design: Create layouts for advertisements, brochures, and corporate materials, aligning with brand guidelines.
· Graphics Design for Commercial Needs:
o Design graphics for packaging, displays, logos, and digital platforms.
o Collaborate with Copywriters for seamless integration of text and visuals.
· Color and Layout Design:
o Select colors and layouts based on medium and audience.
o Test graphics across various media for consistency.
· Feedback Incorporation:
o Amend designs based on stakeholder feedback.
o Ensure final graphics meet brand standards and project requirements.
· Special Events and Collateral: Provide creative designs for special events and produce various company collateral.
· Innovative Design Solutions: Create brand-appropriate design solutions across product areas.
Requirements and Skills:
· Proven graphic designing experience with a strong portfolio of Graphics, Print media and Videos
· Familiarity with design software and technologies, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Coreldraw, and Canva.
· Knowledge of video editing & Animation are plus.
· Keen eye for aesthetics and attention to detail.
· Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
· Degree in Design, Fine Arts, or a related field is a plus.
· Exceptional creativity and innovation.
· Excellent time management and organizational skills.
· Accuracy and attention to detail in all design work.
· Understanding of the latest design trends and their application in a commercial environment.
· Professional approach to managing time, costs, and meeting deadlines.
