Job Description
· 8x5 Batch monitoring in Microsoft D365 F&O & AX 2012 environment.
· Operations support based on the defined process.
· Support test batch execution when required.
· Ability to resolve batch abends and support QA/production batches in case of abends.
· Understand functionalities, impact of batch issues to the SLA.
· Monitor the automated (Failure / Warn i ng / Success) email generated by the batches and take necessary actions as per the guidelines
· Create incidents in case the issue is not resolved and work with functional & technical team to get it resolved within the SLA
· Escalate the issue appropriately in case it does not get resolved within SLA. Initiating and participating in bridge calls for Sev 1/2 incidents
· Performing Ad-hoc requests like Adding new batches, Canceling, Holding.
· Monitoring the performance of the batches on regular basis.
Our ideal candidate…
· has a bachelor degree in an IT related field
· Should have at least 1-2 years of hands-on experience in Batch monitoring in Microsoft AX 2012 or D365 Environment
· has knowledge of a business application (ERP is an asset)
· Familiarity with Windows PowerShell script, Microsoft SQL
· has a strong interest in functional business processes
· a previous experience in a Service Delivery role is a plus
· has a strong customer focus, is quality driven and proactive
· has in-depth analytical and problem-solving skills
· is a quick learner
· is result-oriented and responsible (= takes ownership)
· is a team player with a flexible attitude
· is eager to learn
· speaks and writes fluently in English
