Job description
Our client currently seeking a qualified and experienced professional to join our team as a Senior Area Sales Manager in the Group Broca division. This position is based in Bangalore and involves handling the entire state. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the sales operations of the Group Broca segment, with Cluster Managers reporting to them.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Leadership: Provide strategic leadership to achieve sales targets in the Group Broca segment for the entire state.
2. Team Management: Supervise and guide Cluster Managers to ensure effective team performance and goal attainment.
3. Market Expansion: Develop and implement strategies for expanding market share and increasing the Group Broca business in the assigned state.
4. Client Relationship Management: Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients, brokers, and other stakeholders.
5. Product Knowledge: Stay updated on Group Broca products, industry trends, and competitor offerings to make informed decisions.
6. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to the sales team to enhance their skills and product knowledge.
7. Reporting and Analysis: Generate reports and conduct regular analysis of sales performance, market trends, and other relevant metrics.
Qualifications and Experience:
1. Bachelor's degree in Business, Sales, or a related field.
2. Proven experience in sales management, particularly in the Group Broca segment.
3. Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing high-performing teams.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proven ability to drive sales growth and achieve targets.
6. Age below 36 years.
Compensation:
Competitive salary with a CTC of 18 Lac, inclusive of variable components based on performance.
