Role Description

This is a full-time On-Site role for a Junior Sous Chef. The Junior Sous Chef will be responsible for managing the kitchen team, preparing and cooking food, developing new dishes, ensuring adherence to food safety regulations, maintaining inventory levels, and assisting the Head Chef with menu planning and ordering of supplies.

Qualifications

• Experience in cooking and preparing food, with knowledge of different cuisines
• Experience in managing kitchen staff and coordinating kitchen operations
• Familiarity with food safety regulations and guidelines
• Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Degree or certificate in Culinary Arts or related field is preferred
• Experience working with fresh, locally-sourced ingredients is a plus
