Job description
IntelleWings is looking to hire Engineering manager
with 6-10 years of Experience in handling Architecture, Design, Scrum planning, Security (at Rest / Transit / Network / Application). Someone who is excited to work in a start-up, willing to roll-up his/her sleeves & get down to brass-tacks, and would go all-out to support & drive IntelleWings to transform the AML/CFT Compliance solutions landscape in India and the world. The position will be responsible for: 1. Designing / Architecting enterprise and SaaS applications. 2. Project planning, delivery, scrum planning and execution, tasks assignments to the teams. Ensuring timelines and all quality standards. Defining the project plan, and release plan and leading the dev teams / data scientists teams to achieve the delivery goals. 3. Grooming Dev teams / Data scientists / Leads on tech skills, security, delivery & leadership. 4. Enforcing security at all layers -network, application, database, end-user connectivity. Building and enforcing all ISO (27701, 27001) & Soc 2 security standards and controls across teams / applications/ processes. 5. Design, optimize, strategize, and deploy cloud resources on IntelleWings cloud and clients' private cloud setup (depending upon the need). The design should have consideration for overall cost, security (at network, application, data at rest and data in transit, end client connectivity), resilience, and scalability. 6. Organizing, segregating, and managing team members and processes across Development / Design, DevOps, Cloud Deployment, and Operations. 7. Audit reviews of code and processes; enforcing best practices of code / design / security. 8. Ensuring Scalability (Microservices / Dockers / Kubernetes) / Performance / Resilience / DevSecOps / DR / Backups. 9. Designing for cutting-edge UI/UX experience. 10. Converting deals by engaging in all Domain, IT, Security and design discussions with clients, leading to sales conversions. 11. Continuous Customer engagement, feedback loop and incorporating the feedback in the applications. 12. Define, strategize, and execute the roadmap of changes in the product, and new modules required. 13. Ensure all InfoSec, data privacy, DR, and other processes, systems & and policies are implemented to ensure that necessary compliances, and prospective and existing client needs are met.
