Job Overview
We are hiring a Business Development Manager to join our team at Toolify Private Limited. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for expanding our business prospects and driving growth in the company. This is a full-time position located in Delhi, India. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in business development.
Qualifications and Skills
- 4 to 6 years of experience in business development or a related field
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of the interior design, architecture, real estate, or FMCG industries
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Self-motivated and result-oriented
- Excellent presentation and proposal writing skills
- Bachelor's degree in business administration or a relevant field
Roles and Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and sales strategies
- Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders
- Understand client needs and customize solutions to meet their requirements
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of services
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
