Job Responsibilities:
- Create and maintain a professional and welcoming experience for showroom customers.
- Supervise the use of test models to prevent damage and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Negotiate prices and payment plans and effectively close sales to drive revenue.
- Properly maintain and update showroom displays to showcase our products effectively.
- Recommend fine points of inventory control to optimize stock levels.
- Maintain current knowledge of inventory and sales trends to provide accurate information to customers.
- Coordinate with other managers to ensure the smooth functioning of the showroom.
- Develop and implement sales and communication strategies to meet targets and maintain customer satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain business relationships to drive customer loyalty and generate repeat sales.
- Identify and pursue new business leads to expand the customer base.
- Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.
Candidate Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent experience in a showroom management role.
- Strong knowledge of design trends sales strategies and showroom operations.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with customers.
- Ability to effectively manage staff and resources to maximize productivity.
