Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Account Executive. The Account Executive will be responsible for
- Manage the end-to-end billing process, including invoicing, credit memos, and collections.
- Reconcile e-commerce transactions with internal records and external platforms (e.g., Shopify, Amazon).
- Investigate and resolve discrepancies in billing and e-commerce transactions.
- Ensure timely and accurate posting of financial transactions into the accounting system.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, customer service, and IT, to streamline billing processes and resolve issues.
- Generate regular reports on billing activities, aging receivables, and e-commerce sales performance.
- Assist with month-end closing activities, including journal entries and account reconciliations.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulations related to billing practices and e-commerce transactions.
- Support internal and external audits by providing documentation and explanations related to billing and e-commerce reconciliation.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy in billing operations.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience.
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting software.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy.
