Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Website Campaign - Accounts Manager located in the Kolkata metropolitan area. The Accounts Manager will be responsible for managing website campaigns, communicating with clients, ensuring client satisfaction, managing budgets, and collaborating with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in website campaign management, budget management, and client communication
• Knowledge of SEO, web design, lead generation, social media optimization, email marketing, e-commerce marketing, and CRM solutions
• Ability to collaborate with internal teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Excellent communication and relationship management skills
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
• Should be able to provide excellent customer service and respond to clients' needs promptly
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in campaign management or marketing account management, preferably in the digital marketing industry.
• Willing to work the USA shift time
• Willing to join immediately upon selection.
