Job Description: Head of Corporate Business Development (ITAD)

The Head of Corporate Business Development is a key executive leadership role responsible for driving growth and expanding the organization's business opportunities and responsible for identify and closing corporate IT Asset procurement and building long term meaningful strategic partnership with India and International corporates. This individual plays a vital role in ensuring the organization acquires IT Assets of high quality at the most competitive prices and, at same time, delivering value to supplying corporates by providing holistic value proposition. Individual will also be responsible in formulating and implementing strategies that enhance market presence, foster revenue generation, and create long-term business partnerships.

We are looking for a passionate, driven leader with passion to redefine E-waste/ITAD and green economy who will join the Leadership team to increase our direct used asset purchase from Corporates, OEMs and other meaningful national and international relationship Prior experience in ITAD business development with a minimum of 20 Cr+ of revenue purchases is a must.

Key Responsibilities:  Business Partnerships: Identify, Build and maintain strong relationships with key corporate, potential partners, and clients. Negotiate and finalize strategic partnerships, joint ventures, and alliances by providing our holistic ITAD services  Procurement Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive procurement strategy that aligns with the company's overall goals and objectives. Identify cost-saving opportunities, streamline procurement processes, and ensure the efficient flow of Key IT Assets  Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and onboard suppliers that meet the organization's quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Nurture strategic partnerships with key suppliers to secure favorable terms, discounts, and preferential treatment.  Contract Negotiation: Lead negotiations with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions for contracts. Ensure that all agreements are in compliance with legal and regulatory requirements, while safeguarding the company's interests.  Cost Optimization: Continuously assess and analyze supplier costs, market trends, and economic factors to optimize purchasing decisions and reduce procurement expenses.  Budget Management: Collaborate with finance and budgeting teams to develop and manage procurement budgets. Ensure that purchasing activities align with allocated funds and financial objectives.

Qualifications:  Demonstrated experience of 7 years in ITAD (IT Asset Disposition), reverse logistics, e-waste procurement from Corporates (Mandate)  Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.  Very strong analytical skills. Our company is highly analytics driven and require individuals to be able to do strong analysis using excel and other tools on their own.  5-8 years of proven experience of in a senior business development role or seniorprocurement or supply chain management role.  Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of building and leading high-performing procurement teams.  Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal abilities.  Ability to work in a startup/fast paced environment, growing at rapid pace, quick decisioning  Our head office is in Bangalore and will require individual to have base in Bangalore.
