Job Title: Performance Marketer - Digital Advertising Specialist

Mad Umbrella, a dynamic Creative Marketing Agency based in Ahmedabad, is

seeking an experienced and results-oriented Performance Marketer specializing in

driving digital advertising strategy. Our team thrives on innovation and effectiveness,

and we're looking for a skilled individual to lead our Google, Social, and Affiliate

channels.

Responsibilities:

● Develop and execute performance marketing strategies for Installs, Traffic,

and Remarketing.

● Lead planning and operations for Google, Social Media, and Affiliate channels.

● Manage the performance marketing budget and ensure optimal ROI for

Google, Social Media, and Affiliate Channels.

● Drive new initiatives on Google and Facebook, including testing whitelisted

properties and creating deeper partnerships.

● Create integrated digital marketing campaigns on Google and various

platforms to generate high-quality leads.

● Supervise the execution, monitoring, and measurement of marketing

campaigns, compiling regular reports on performance and results.

● Communicate campaign recommendations to supervisors in a timely manner.

● Improve existing campaigns using data, analytics, and feedback from

previous projects.

● Write and proof-read marketing copy and contribute to ideation and creation

of designs for campaigns.

● Drive qualified lead generation through effective use of digital marketing

channels, managing day-to-day implementation of campaigns, and overseeing

third-party relationships and affiliates (experience generating a minimum of

50k leads per month).

● Plan, execute, monitor, and optimize paid marketing campaigns on various

digital channels to generate quality leads.

● Own and lead digital advertising activity at all stages of the funnel across

multiple online channels, including AdWords, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube,

and other Social Media platforms.

● Ensure cost per lead and CPA are achieved within defined budgets.

● Oversee keyword planning, bid management strategies, and campaign

optimization for conversions.

● Stay abreast of new tools, trends, and best practices in digital advertising; test

and evaluate their efficacy in improving the scale and effectiveness of

marketing efforts.
