Job description

Job Description-
we are looking for helpdesk coordinator who has good knowledge of service ticketing tool and strong follow-up with effective communication skills.

Roles and Responsibilities-
• First point of contact for issue logging for IT services.
• Handling telephonic calls of users.
• Call logging in service desk tools and assigning to respective engineer.
• Coordinate activities with PAN India desktop support team.
• Follow-up with user, vendor and internal team till the closer of call in system.
• Vendor management for IT assets.
• Escalation with respective team as per SLA / escalation matrix.
• Generate periodic reports from Service Desk tool for MIS purpose.
• Managing the team attendance and sharing report with the client on daily basis.
• Updating the Service desk tool for IT assets.

Requirement-
• Good Hindi & English communication skill.
• Knowledge of any Service Desk / ticketing tool is desired.
• Good knowledge of MS office, excel.
