Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an IT Recruiter. The IT Recruiter will be responsible for conducting full-life cycle recruiting activities for technical positions, including creating job descriptions, sourcing and screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and extending offers. The IT Recruiter will also be responsible for maintaining close communication with hiring managers and continuously improving the recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Full-life Cycle Recruiting, IT Recruitment, and Technical Recruiting skills
• Experience in hiring technical positions in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks effectively
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
• Experience in the IT industry is a plus
