Project Role Description : Conceptualize, design and prototype innovative digital or physical products. Develop physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products. Refine product design through iterative user testing documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability.

Summary: As a Product Designer, you will be responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and prototyping innovative digital or physical products using ServiceNow. Your typical day will involve developing physical, 2D/3D, immersive prototypes and videos for products, refining product design through iterative user testing, and documenting and applying feedback on functionality and usability. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product design meets business requirements and user needs. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in ServiceNow.
- Good To Have Skills: Experience with Agile methodologies and design thinking principles.
- Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and practices.
- Experience with prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, or InVision.
- Experience with user testing and research methodologies.
- Solid grasp of design and development processes, including design thinking, agile methodologies, and user-centered design principles. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in ServiceNow.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in design, engineering, or a related field, along with a proven track record of delivering impactful product design solutions.
