Job Title: Recovery Officer

Location: Palarivattom Kochi

Work Mode: Work from Office (No Field Work) Education: Bachelor s degree Experience Required: Minimum 6 months in Recovery BPO or Customer Support

Salary Range: 17000 to 20000 per month Attractive Incentives

Work Environment:

• The role involves working from the office with no field assignments.

• The office is located in Palarivattom Kochi.

Key Responsibilities:

• Contacting Customers: Reach out to customers via phone calls to discuss and negotiate the repayment of pending amounts.
• Negotiation Skills: Employ effective negotiation techniques to arrive at mutually agreeable repayment plans.
• Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain positive relationships with customers while ensuring a professional and empathetic approach.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions payment commitments and followup actions.
• Achieving Targets: Meet and exceed assigned recovery targets within stipulated timelines.
• Adherence to Compliance: Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and company policies during the recovery process.

Requirements

1. Education: Bachelor s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

2. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal communication skills in both English and the local language.

3. Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate and resolve issues effectively.

4. Empathy: Display empathy and understanding towards customers financial situations.

5. Targetdriven: Strong commitment to achieving and exceeding recovery targets.

6. Computer Literacy: Proficient in using basic computer applications and data entry.
