Consultant Recruitment & Engagement:
Bring on board Consultants with experience and a sustainable practise in the various fields of Medicine on a Retainership, fee for service and a mixed revenue model. To constantly engage with them and the existing consultants to improve the standard of patient care and to increase the volume of foot falls
Clinical Leadership:
Provide strategic direction and oversight to all clinical departments within the hospital.
Collaborate with medical staff and department heads to ensure the highest standards of patient care are maintained across all specialties.
Quality Assurance:
Implement and monitor clinical protocols and guidelines to ensure compliance with regulatory standards and best practices.
Lead quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
Patient Care Excellence:
Foster a patient-centered culture that prioritizes safety, compassion, and effective communication.
Implement measures to continually improve the patient experience and address feedback.
Team Management:
Supervise and support clinical department heads, ensuring effective leadership and coordination.
Facilitate regular training and professional development programs for clinical staff.
Resource Allocation:
Collaborate with the hospital administration to allocate resources efficiently, including staffing, equipment, and facilities.
Participate in budget planning and control expenditures within the clinical departments.
Clinical Governance:
Establish and maintain clinical governance structures to ensure the highest standards of clinical practice.
Monitor and evaluate clinical performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
Collaboration and Communication:
Foster effective communication and collaboration between clinical departments and other hospital units.
Liaise with external stakeholders, including medical professionals, regulatory bodies, and healthcare partners.
Research and Innovation:
Promote and support clinical research initiatives within the hospital.
Stay abreast of medical advancements and introduce innovative practices to enhance patient care.

The Successful Applicant

Qualifications and Experience:
Medical Doctor (MBBS) with postgraduate qualifications (MD/MS or equivalent) in a relevant specialty.
Minimum 15 to 20 years of clinical experience, with 10 years in a leadership or managerial role in a multi-specialty hospital setting.
Registered with the Medical Council of India or relevant state medical council.
Strong understanding of healthcare regulations and accreditation standards in India.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Proven ability to lead and inspire a multidisciplinary clinical team.
