  • Licensing
  • Ensure complete documentation as per DGCA Guidelines.
  • Coordinating with Pilots for required documents.
  • Reading through the Company & regulatory documents, understanding for review and implementation.
  • Following eGCAprocesses Endorsement and Renewal license applications
  • Following eGCAprocesses for Trainers/ Flight Dispatchers applications
  • Following eGCAprocesses for simulator approval and renewals
  • eGCAprocess control
  • Coordination with regulatory bodies
  • Assisting in MIS preparation and dissemination
  • Maintaining electronic records of all crew documents related to domain
  • Follow up and closing of every day mails related to respective domain of licensing
  • Trainer releases
