Organization Overview Frontizo is a joint venture of Amazon Asia Pacific Holdings Pvt. Ltd., Zodiac Wealth Advisors LLP and Zaffre LLC. Frontizo was earlier known as Capricorn Business & Trade Services. Frontizo began business operations in 2017 and operates out of Panchkula (Chandigarh). Appario Retail Private Limited is a wholly owned subsidiary of Frontizo Business Services Private Limited. Frontizo delivers customer service solutions through phone and chat in English and Hindi languages. Appario is engaged in the business of retail trading and operates across multiple Consumer electronics categories (Mobiles & accessories, Audio, Cameras, Personal Computers & peripherals, smart wear).

LOCATION Bengaluru, India

COE and Role Overview HR COE roles span audiences across Frontizo and Appario. They offer the opportunity to dive deep and apply functional principles, best practices, as well as deliver across the breadth of business expectations. At Frontizo and Appario, the L&D philosophy is a strategic engagement approach for talent development, aligned with the business strategy, customer outcomes, leadership principles and culture pillars of the organization. L&D aims to catalyse and support delivery of business outcomes by enabling a continuous learning culture across organization, team and individual levels. The objective of L&D programs is to build capabilities and strengthen skills for employees across levels to enhance performance in current role, and to also prepare employees for their future career role(s) within the organization. Talent management practices ensure a sharp visibility on our talent pool throughout the year, to engage, develop and grow them to their future career aspirations along with delivering organizational goals. L&D initiatives thus are closely aligned to the larger talent management and development agenda of the organization to hire and develop the best.

The objectives of the role as stated above will be realised as follows: 1. Design and/or deliver innovative, integrated and engaging leadership development programs that address key development areas for the organizations we support. 2. Engage with stakeholders to ensure strong understanding of the business context, consult on talent development asks and support or recommended solutions. 3. Support and drive talent management processes in collaboration with stakeholders to sustain momentum and visibility on talent and related developmental agenda 4. Strengthen internal processes of learning needs identification, driving nominations, internal facilitator management and reporting dashboards and metrics for learning traction and engagement

Summary of Responsibilities Create and execute learning programs for relevant audiences as per business needs and learning outcomes. Partner with internal subject matter experts and/or external vendors to achieve defined training, learning and development objectives Identify areas of enhancement for learning programs through content or delivery modes Monitor and assess effectiveness of learning initiatives and suggest improvements Monitor and track learning budgets vs. investments. Support execution of the Talent Management calendar for both organizations Track talent development activities through specific mechanisms for focused action on talent.

Preferred qualifications & experience

4-6 years of experience in designing and/or administering learning programs via diverse learning methodologies and modes (such as e-Learning, classroom, virtual learning etc.) Prior experience in driving talent management initiatives or mechanisms for addressing relevant development needs towards career development and progression. Master’s degree in HR (MBA in HR preferred) from a tier-1 institution Analytical abilities with knowledge of statistical techniques will be an added advantage Ability to work collaboratively in teams and consult effectively and independently Ability to thrive in a fast paced and ambiguous environment Ability to design or creatively conceptualize solutions for mass and niche business audiences Commitment to continuous process improvement in people strategies and initiatives Ability to diagnose problems and drive appropriate solutions Effective written and verbal communication skills
