Job Description :MANDATORY SKILLS :- Project Managment,Japanese Linguistic,SoftwarePREFERRED SKILLS :- IoT/Telematics/EmbeddedJOB DESCRIPTIONNote : Japanese Linguistics skills (JLPT certified) are must to have for this role.Job Description :- Can Independently handle multiple project from same or different clients. - Prepare and keep updating project governance report regularly. High Level Responsibilities : - Provide leadership and management to software development teams and projects - Consult with client to understand and analyze project scope, project requirements, time, cost, projected benefits - Develop the project plan incorporating the resource, time, and skill level requirements - Outline the responsibilities of different stakeholders including customers, management, project team, vendors, and other stakeholders - Schedule and assign resources to ensure that applications satisfy users' needs and are completed within agreed upon time parameters - Develop the project management approach including training needed for the project team, reporting structure of the project, frequency of interaction between managers and resources, the number and frequency of team meetings, and the need for and the extent of involvement of external project stakeholders - Oversee and direct the Project Plan, development of business requirements, development of functional and software specifications, relational database design, programming, testing, implementation and documentation for applications Provide metrics to management regarding project health, costs, efforts, defects - Monitor the status of the technical resources and tasks - Develop and maintain technical documentation. - Develop procedures for changing scope and project acceptance procedures - Develop review schedules and acceptance criteria at each phase of the project - Focus on value delivered to the customer, and constantly work with their client-facing counterparts - Foster an environment conducive to learning and development of skills - Generate more work / get leads for new projects (ref:hirist.tech)
