As an Associate Sourcing, you will be responsible for sourcing potential candidates through various local channels, pitching them about our company's opportunities, and ensuring effective communication throughout the hiring process. Basic computer knowledge, including proficiency in MS Excel and Word, is required for this role. The successful candidate will possess excellent pitching skills, be proficient in verbal and written communication, and exhibit a strong drive to achieve targets. Key Responsibilities: Source potential candidates through local channels Pitch and communicate effectively with candidates about job opportunities and company benefits. Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the database. Requirements: Excellent pitching skills and good communication skills. Basic computer knowledge, including MS Excel and Word.
