Role : Sr. Aem Developer Job Description : We are seeking a talented and experienced Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should have 4+ years of hands-on experience with AEM and related technologies. As an AEM Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing AEM solutions for our clients. Responsibilities : 1. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and understand business needs. 2. Design and implement AEM components, templates, workflows, and other customizations based on best practices. 3. Develop AEM applications using Java, Sightly, HTL, JavaScript, CSS, and other web technologies. 4. Integrate AEM with other systems and third-party applications using APIs and web services. 5. Customize and extend AEM functionalities using OSGi bundles and AEM Core Components. 6. Perform AEM system administration tasks, including user management, deployment, and troubleshooting. 7. Optimize AEM performance and scalability through caching, indexing, and other techniques. 8. Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality delivery and participate in code reviews. 9. Stay updated with the latest AEM trends, technologies, and best practices. 10. Provide technical guidance and support to junior developers and team members. Requirements : 1. Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 2. 4+ years of experience working with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM). 3. Proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks (e.g., Spring). 4. Hands-on experience with AEM building blocks, including components, templates, and workflows. 5. Experience with front-end development technologies such as HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and AJAX. 6. Familiarity with RESTful web services and APIs. 7. Strong understanding of web development best practices and design patterns. 8. Experience with version control systems such as Git. 9. Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. 10. Effective communication and collaboration skills. Preferred Qualifications : 1. Adobe Certified Expert (ACE) or Adobe Certified Developer (ACD) certification. 2. Experience with Adobe Target, Adobe Analytics, or other Adobe Marketing Cloud products. 3. Knowledge of Agile development methodologies. 4.
