Job Title: Telesales Executive

Education: Bachelors degree required
Experience: 1 3 years of telesales experience preferred. Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
Job Type: Fulltime Hybrid (Candidates are required to come to the office twice a week)
Responsibilities:
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or databases.
- Introduce Tattva Companys products and services emphasizing their features and benefits.
- Engage potential customers to understand their requirements and address any inquiries or concerns they may have.
- Transfer qualified leads and interested prospects to the sales team for further followup and conversion.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions and followup activities in the companys CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify opportunities for upselling or crossselling additional products or services.
- Stay updated on industry trends market conditions and competitor activities to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in any field.
- Proven track record of 1 3 years in telesales or similar roles.
- Candidates are required to come to the office twice a week.
- Should have a laptop with broadband connection.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Selfmotivated and targetdriven with a passion for sales.
- Real estate experience is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
