Desktop Support Engineer L1 at Dahej

We are seeking a full-time Desktop Support Engineer L1 to work on-site at Dahej located in Surat. The Desktop Support Engineer L1 will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support related to computer systems, hardware, and software, and will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving issues, escalating problems to higher-level support when necessary, and documenting technical problems and solutions.

• Proven experience as a Desktop Support Engineer, Technical Support Engineer, or similar role
• Hands-on experience with Windows and Mac OS environments, and Microsoft Office Suite
• Working knowledge of helpdesk software, ticketing systems, and remote control
• Good understanding of computer systems, mobile devices, and other tech products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical issues to non-technical people
• Ability to prioritize and manage several open cases simultaneously
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks
