The Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Graduate to join our team in a remote capacity. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the Australian market, a passion for technology, and a proven track record of driving sales in IT consulting.
Responsibilities:
- Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within the Australian market through strategic prospecting and networking.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with our technical team to develop tailored IT solutions that meet client needs.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from lead generation to closure, exceeding sales targets.
- Stay abreast of industry trends and market dynamics in Australia to capitalize on emerging opportunities.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Work closely with the CEO to develop and implement effective strategies for the Australian market.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
- Strong understanding of IT solutions and services relevant to the Australian market.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
