Required Production Manager
Qualification - A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Fashion Design, Fashion Management and Project Management -Time management and communication skills -Previous couture house experience 3-5 years -Technical understanding of garments -Ability to manage different production departments -Efficiency management -in-house and order-based targeted production -Computer basic software skills -Working out the human and material resources needed -Monitoring the production processes and adjusting schedules as needed -Ensuring production is cost-effective -Estimating costs and setting the quality standards -Supervising and motivating a team of workers -Reviewing the performance of subordinates -Identifying Training needs Skills & Interests - Be Able to manage time and people - Be decisive and committed - Able to work under pressure - Possess IT skills - Have a positive attitude towards work and be able to motivate others - Good at managing budgets - Be able to prepare reports and plan - Have a project management experience - Being able to adapt and collaborateJob tags
