Come join us and be a part of exciting growth story! Position: Team Lead International Recruitment Timings: 1 PM IST - 21.30 PM IST. Job Location: Kochi, India Responsibilities: Responsible for managing the day-to-day activities and workflow of our Cochin Office Create and submit reports of Operations as needed consistently for each month and ensuring recruitment of nurses for overseas Market through the pre-screen, screening, and selection interviews, leading to offers and signed contracts in a timely manner. Assist in candidate retention and development. Supervise recruiting personnel. Organize and/or attend career fairs, assessment centers or other events. Use metrics to create reports and identify areas of improvement. Experience and skills we value: Completed studies in the field of business, psychology, or a related area. 5-10 years of experience in Talent Acquisition preference International / Domestic Recruitment operations in Healthcare Industries Leadership experience Expertise in managing full cycle recruitment, including sourcing, and managing external partners. Pronounced communication skills and a huge portion of empathy. Working proficiency in English is required. Hands-on mentality and curiosity and eagerness to learn, with the ability to challenge the status quo continuously.
