Job Overview
We are looking to hire an experienced, customer-oriented tele sales executive to utilize outbound telephone calls, mails and Data Collection to achieve sales targets.
To be successful as a tele sales executive, you should be persuasive and able to work
in a high-pressure environment. Ultimately, a top-performing tele sales executive
should be able to follow sales scripts
Should demonstrate exceptional communication, negotiation, and customer service
skills.
Qualifications and Skills
- Junior level experience of 1 to 3 years as a Technician.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of tele sales and negotiation techniques.
- Experience in outbound sales and consultative sales is a plus.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Familiarity with business-to-business (B2B) sales processes and lead generation.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a willingness to learn and adapt.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues reported by customers via phone, email, or in person.
- Provide excellent customer service by ensuring timely and accurate resolution of technical problems.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to escalate and resolve complex technical issues.
- Document and maintain records of customer interactions, technical issues, and solutions.
- Assist in the installation and configuration of hardware and software components.
- Conduct regular maintenance and updates of systems and equipment.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest technology trends and advancements.
- Participate in training and professional development opportunities to enhance technical skills.
