About company: Our client is a very reputed and a large Education group with International presence.

Role: The Head of Admissions & Marketing for India will assist in identifying and working with capable partners in India to establish and execute collaborations, enhancing University's presence in India, and increasing the Indian student population international campuses. The Head of Admissions & Marketing for India will work with staff across campuses, international partners, alumni and scholars, and other regional experts to identify resources, support and cooperation that will lead to successful implementation of regional programs, creating a network of support for sustainable growth and development, as well as effective support for the success of students from India.

Duties & Responsibilities

Collaborate with partner institutions, and appropriate administrative units to identify and pursue opportunities with agencies and organizations in India. In support of the strategic plan, help to implement the regional development plan that secures new opportunities for collaborative research, student and scholar mobility, and innovative projects and partnerships. Review and identify existing initiatives and experts in India and develop and coordinate an active internal network of regional expertise Provide supervision and direction to in-country personnel. Represent University in a positive and engaging manner to ensure positive working relationships with key stakeholders in the region, including partner universities, students, potential applicants, program staff, government institutions and ministries, and the broader public. As part of a team, work to develop and implement an appropriate marketing and communication strategy in the region. Coordinate with the International Admissions Office to develop a diverse plan for student recruitment efforts in the region. Assist, in appropriate circumstances and in coordination with the Office of General Counsel and Global Travel, with the assessment of legal and security risks and. Utilize dedicated software systems to manage and share international partnership information and potential opportunities within the respective region Streamline procedures for developing international partnership initiatives in collaboration with the appropriate staff members Collaborate to conduct assessment and weekly, monthly and annual reporting on activity related to student recruitment and marketing.

Preferred candidate profile

Masters degree in business administration, marketing, or a relevant field 12 - 18 years of related work experience, including minimum 8 years of managerial experience, or equivalent combination of education and work experience. Experience with International university and college systems, program development, and cultural protocols in the U.S. and abroad within the identified region, medical & education sector. Experience in effectively working across disciplines, promoting interdisciplinary collaboration.
