Job Description :
· Research and Survey the Real Estate Projects in Pan India.
· Collate accurate information like Price Trends, Supply, and Absorption of Projects.
· Gain Expertise and Knowledge about the Real Estate sector (both Residential and Commercial)for the city assigned
· Maintain the Accuracy of the data of the assigned city
· Support in Client Visits/Surveys to the Cities under consideration
· Proactively submit the data to the respective person at the specified timelines
· Have current Knowledge about the changes happening in the Real Estate Market
· This profile would require frequent travelling within the city and to other regions.
Qualification & Experience:
* Graduate
* 1-4 years of experience in real estate sector
* Team Player willing to take ownership of work
* Candidate must have their own 2 Wheeler.
