International BPO Job Description
The International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) role is crucial for our organization's global operations. The BPO team serves as a primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities - Handle inbound and outbound international calls
- Address customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
- Meet or exceed customer service and productivity goals
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
- Utilize multiple systems and tools simultaneously to efficiently assist customers
- Adhere to international compliance standards and regulations
- Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and processes
- Manage and update customer information in the database
- Collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
- Adapt to different time zones for customer support
- Handle escalated issues and provide appropriate solutions
- Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
- Follow company policies and procedures at all times
- Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service delivery
Required Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
- Proven experience in an international call center or BPO environment
- Fluency in English and at least one other international language
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
- Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
- Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
- Understanding of international compliance standards and regulations
- Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones
- Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities
