International BPO Job Description

The International Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) role is crucial for our organization's global operations. The BPO team serves as a primary point of contact for international clients, ensuring seamless communication and exceptional service delivery.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound international calls
  • Address customer inquiries and provide information about products/services
  • Meet or exceed customer service and productivity goals
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues
  • Utilize multiple systems and tools simultaneously to efficiently assist customers
  • Adhere to international compliance standards and regulations
  • Participate in training to stay updated on product knowledge and processes
  • Manage and update customer information in the database
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve collective objectives
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives
  • Adapt to different time zones for customer support
  • Handle escalated issues and provide appropriate solutions
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through effective communication
  • Follow company policies and procedures at all times
  • Provide feedback to improve customer experience and service delivery

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Communications, or related field
  • Proven experience in an international call center or BPO environment
  • Fluency in English and at least one other international language
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Customer service-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction
  • Team player with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams
  • Proficiency in using customer service software and CRM systems
  • Understanding of international compliance standards and regulations
  • Flexibility to work in shifts and adapt to different time zones
  • Excellent listening skills and the ability to empathize with customers
  • Strong organizational and time management capabilities
  • Attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and documentation
  • Willingness to continuously learn and adapt to new processes and technologies
