Job Description

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Handle the TOLL-FREE number/ WEB leads & All Inbound & Outbound Customer Leads
  • Convert the customer Leads to business by convincing the prospective client lead on the benefits of our Quality home healthcare services/ Subscription Packages /
  • Follow up on customer leads
  • Maintain the Lead Management System
  • Prepare the Daily/Weekly/Monthly MIS
  • Liaison with the Customers / Sales Team / Clinical Team

Prior Work Experience

  • 2+ years of experience in Hospital Front Desk / healthcare Sales / Concept selling experience(preferred)
