Job description
 Company Overview: 
 One of our client, Ahmedabad's Biggest Real Estate Group has urgent requirement for EA to Chairman, 
 Role & Responsibilities: 
-  Assist to Director Operations & Chairman for his day to day operations. 
 -  Plan and execute Action plan of all Directors weekly and monthly. 
 -  Attending Meetings along with Director – Operations & Chairman as and when required. 
 -  Work follows ups from different HODs as per Action plan. 
 -  Preparing One page MIS and submit to Director – Operations & Chairman 
 -  Taking charge for Director - Operations' task in case he is not available in office. 
 -  All mail and letters drafting for Director Operations & Chairman 
 -  Analysis of KRA & KPI as per Director's Operations Instruction. 
 -  Critically review monthly reports, MIS & Task reports. 
 -  Managing all Administrative work of Director Operation leads to achieve his KRA 
 -  Supervising and Training the support staff and ensure smooth running of his office. 
 -  Managing Calendar, calls, meetings, events, Travel for efficient and effective functioning of Director Operations and Chairman. 
 -  Prepare and coordinate meetings, MOM, MIS, Financial data and other reports required by Director – Operations & Chairman time to time.
