Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Accounts Executive to join our team at GGSH & Co. LLP. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks, including but not limited to the preparation and maintenance of financial records, handling petty cash, bank reconciliation, TDS calculation, GST filing, and preparing MIS reports. The candidate should have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with a master's or bachelor's degree in finance or a related field.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handling day-to-day accounting and bookkeeping tasks
• Preparation and maintenance of records such as vouchers, receipts, bills, and payments
• Handling petty cash expenses and maintaining records
• Preparation of weekly bank and cash position statements
• Calculation and deduction of TDS in vendor payments
• Monthly bank reconciliation, payment follow-up, and collection
• Monthly GST working and GST filing
• Quarterly TDS filing
• Preparing MIS reports
• Reconciliation of sundry debtors and creditors

Education and Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in a similar role
• Master's or bachelor's degree in finance or a related field preferred
