Job Title: Business Ops Analyst Location: Mumbai, India Position Summary This role involves comprehensive project management, including analyzing financial data, setting deadlines, prioritizing tasks, and allocating teams. The candidate will create progress reports, interpret data to identify trends and draw business performance conclusions. They will also translate customer business use cases into project requirements for diverse audiences. This position requires manipulating and deriving insights from data across various sources and databases. The candidate will maintain data quality, detect issues, and provide ongoing analytics and ad-hoc reporting. Additionally, they will develop dashboards for KPI tracking, enabling informed business decisions based on accurate and reliable information.
Job Responsibilities - Data Analysis: Utilize tools like Power BI, Tableau, and Advanced Excel VBA for in-depth data analysis.
- Quick Base Management: Maintain and optimize Quick Base applications for efficient project tracking and reporting.
- SharePoint Expertise: Leverage SharePoint for document management and collaborative project workflows.
- Advanced Presentation: Utilize advanced PowerPoint skills to create impactful presentations.
- Project Documentation: Create and maintain project documentation, including plans, schedules, and reports.
- Process Improvement: Evaluate and enhance project management processes for increased efficiency.
- Stakeholder Communication: Facilitate communication between project teams and stakeholders.
- Business Intelligence Reporting: Develop and generate business intelligence reports to support decision-making.
- Process Optimization: Identify opportunities for process improvement within business operations.
- Data Visualization: Create visually appealing dashboards and reports for effective communication.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Collaborate with various teams to gather and analyze business requirements.
- Training and Support: Provide training and support on tools and processes to team members.
- Forecasting and Trend Analysis: Utilize data to forecast trends and support strategic planning.
- Continuous Learning: Stay updated on emerging trends in business intelligence and operations.
Basic Requirements - Bachelor's degree in business, Information Technology, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in business operations and business intelligence analysis.
- Proficiency in Quick Base, SharePoint, Advanced Excel VBA, Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Python, or other programming languages.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
