Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Administrative Assistant located in Jaipur. The Administrative Assistant will be responsible for providing administrative support, managing phone etiquette, and facilitating communication with clients and other departments.

Qualifications

  • Administrative Assistance and Executive Administrative Assistance skills
  • Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
  • Clerical skills such as data entry, maintaining records, and managing files and documents
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative software
  • Ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field is a plus
