Role Description We are seeking a full-time Regional Sales Manager located in Dhanbad, with flexibility for some remote work. The Regional Sales Manager will be responsible for maintaining and growing existing customer relationships, prospecting potential customers, and presenting and promoting our products to increase sales. The candidate will also be responsible for managing and analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities. Qualifications Experience in sales, preferably in the beauty industry Excellent communication and negotiation skills Ability to work independently and remotely Strong organizational and time management skills Analytical and problem-solving skills Ability to travel within the region Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, or a related field Experience in team management and proficiency in CRM software would be beneficial.Job tags
