Job Description -

We are seeking a talented and experienced Scrum Master with a strong technical background to join our Web Based ERP development team. The Scrum Master will play a crucial role in guiding our agile development process, ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions that meet our clients' requirements.

Responsibilities:-

• Lead and facilitate all scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Work closely with the product owner and development team to prioritize and refine the product backlog, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coach and mentor team members on agile principles and best practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.
• Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder the team's progress, collaborating with stakeholders to find timely and effective solutions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components and modules.
• Track and communicate project progress, including sprint velocity, burn-down charts, and release plans.
• Conduct regular risk assessments and take proactive measures to mitigate potential issues or delays.
• Champion agile methodologies and advocate for process improvements to enhance team productivity and efficiency.
• Serve as a team leader, empowering the team to self-organize and make informed decisions.
• Stay updated on industry trends and emerging technologies, leveraging technical expertise to drive innovation and excellence.

Requirements:-

Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).=

Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent certification preferred.

Proven experience as a Scrum Master in agile software development environments, particularly within ERP or enterprise software projects.

Excellent communication, collaboration, and leadership skills, with the ability to build and maintain positive working relationships.

Deep understanding of agile principles and methodologies, with a focus on delivering value to customers.

Experience working with cross-functional teams and managing complex projects with competing priorities.

Proficiency in any of the technology like JIRA, CLICKUP, ZOHO PROJECT, SPRINT BT, BACKLOG.

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a proactive and results-oriented approach.

Commitment to continuous learning and professional development, staying abreast of industry trends and best practices.
